I had a call from 02070598945 at home asking questions, but when you call its an answer phone message and says looks like you missed a call from talk talk ?

Firms like BT often have an unlisted dedicated # for thier outgoing calls. When you phone back it says: "You were called by BT but don't worry, we will call you again if we still want to speak to you.".
