Sounds like yet another Lithium-based forum.

Correct it's going to be a Lithium forum.

It sounds like a pretty nice upgrade to me - there'll even be more OCEs and the ability to hold a Live Chat with an OCE.

They are going to introduce a new workflow system as well which will apparently be an improvement over now. It is supposed to stop threads from going to the back of the queue when someone adds another post.
