Just noticed on the TalkTalk business website a link to details of increased charges with effect from January 1st 2014. Apparently there are to be connection charges. Reassuringly when you go to the links for details of the charges you get to a link for the charges document that returns absolutely nothing.(I think it also says something about improving their service).
Ought to have saved that incrtease for April 1st maybe.
