Broadband keeps dropping

Am coming to the end of my contract, don't want to renew, as I am moving.
So now my internet keeps dropping. Same happened last year As soon as I renewed my contract all went perfectly for a whole year .Am I imaging it ??
Have been through technical services several times so sick of them

There's been some rain recently. Any noise on the voice line (quiet line test)?
