Free phone calls

Bless Talktalk I have been getting FREE telephone calls since October 2013.
They fail to answer my emails, (although I receive automatic replies).
All my calls have been UK based.
Maybe should try some overseas calls.
That may concentrate their minds.
Just a rant, without expecting any result.
