The Speedy Payment Discount which currently gives TT customers a 15% discount when paying their bills promptly will be reduced to 10% from November 1st 2014.
In effect a sneaky price rise for those customers who pay early.

In effect a sneaky price rise for those customers who pay early.
Or the price was upped 30% inn the first place to allow the 15% more like. A little like TesCon.
