OP, you are trying to engage with people who might offer some help, cash free, they do normally! I cringed when I saw your opening post, rant=emotional it gets in the way of the problem all that is better directed in a letter of complaint to your ISP customer services. Its pretty much stock response you got from many a internet forum, as you have seen its not the best approach with people who will engage analytically in the first instance.
