The community support forum staff(who appear to have the full blown powers of tech support e.g. new routers, engineer visits, etc.) just seem to require generic connection stats that I can pull from my HG612 modem(they also have their own remote line tests and stats). Not sure what a BrightSparks engineer might think though?
