Long story short
missed bill payment (for some reason even though i have a direct debit set up)
so they cut my service of
paid it the day after (thursday)
they said its an automated process to get my services put back on
its now coming up 2 days with no service all i get is connection refused message
anyone have some experience with this?
i remember sky switching me back in with in 1hr usually or less
i'm getting pretty furious if its still not back by monday
i guess ill leave them this is unacceptable.

And this is the Business wing, yikes?! I posted here a couple of weeks ago thinking of moving to their business service but if that is deemed acceptable I don't think I'll bother, truly awful. Hope you get it sorted

If you already have a DD set up and the DD payment went uncollected on due date then that is highly unusual...i've been with TTB for ~18 months now and never had a DD payment missed. Once your service is up & running, i would ask them to compensate you finanically for the loss of service as your business lost revenue.

I am on AAISP and they have me on a TT Business connection. Best of both worlds.

Best of both worlds? Paying top dollar for the cheapest service?
Worst of both worlds, I think.

Depends on what QoS AAISP are buying across the TalkTalk Wholesale network really.

If your ISP is using the TalkTalk Wholesale network that is NOT the same as TalkTalk Business which is a ISP in its own right.

I honestly don't know all I know is that when I look at my line it identifys as a TalkTalk Business service.
I am looking at TT business for the time after this short contract is up because they are talking about £33 a month for fibre and phone and as I am always on the TT LLU network I guess I could just move from A&A to TT Business on LLU? The simply or connect package? It says I can have them all with the same speed as now.

Well the effectiveness of them when something goes wrong sadly proves your theory wrong also.

It's a very good quality connection for me anyway - I mean Imessage goes right away and dosen't take 10 seconds like before

Clearly this post is evidence that the price is not the issue it's what/who backs it up!
Monkeys, peanuts, etc

If you put your line number on TT Business website and it shows as fibre being available then yes, you can switch to them from AAISP. With TTB i'm paying £48 a month for their 'complete' fibre package which is for their unlimited 80/20 connection & also includes anytime calls to UK mobiles & landline from both my TT landline & my EE mobile (using EEs 3G/4G network) using TTB's excellent smartphone app.

At this time no it's not available. The NGA has been physically there for about 2 years but it keeps getting hit by lorries as both it and the PCP are on either side of a loading bay door. That's about 100M down the road from me.
I get 10mbps now via BT and TT website says 12.15 for LLU so that will do for now - the go date for fibre is the 30th of Jun. It was showing as 1st of May yesterday. I know that stuff is about to be removed from the checker anyway
