Command Line on DSL-3780 router?

Is there a command line interface (telnet or SSH) available on the DSL-3780 router? The DHCP address reservation in the web UI is a bit annoying and insists on only reserving an address it has already assigned to a device - I cannot choose which IP address to reserve for a device. I'm hoping the router has a CLI I can access, otherwise I will need to buy another router.

TalkTalk won't officially support telnet.

On the Huawei HG635 there was a way to enable telnet but it required some digging.

If there's source code released for the D-Link DSL-3780 then you might be able to enable it.

I ended up just buying another router. Apparently the DSL-3780 is another one with SNMP disabled as well, at the behest of the ISP grrr. I'm now using an Asus DSL-N10 C1 which is working well so far.
