How long before I can expect a new ip address?

Hi folks,

I use a well known forum on a different website. I would consider myself in good standing there never had any trouble.

Anwyays I was posting yesterday and suddenly got message that my ip was banned, so can't access forum or post. I have contacted admin a few times but don't really expect them to take one user seriously.

I am on Talktalk fibre and switched super router off overnight but still same ip today, How long will it be if I continue to switch router off overnight before ip might change.

I can use a VPN to access and post on that forum but its really slow.
