Considering moving to TalkTalk, would DLM be reset?

Contract with Plusnet is up for renewal, leaving them because of the way they are right now. About 4 months ago, the IP Profile tanked and is now at 41 mbps (down from 78). Would moving to TalkTalk cause the line to be reset?

My migration caused a profile reset, loss of G.INP, very painful until it came back on.
