Will TT Business ISP use any BT Wholesale back haul?

I'm having a problem with a congested Zen connection provided via BT Wholesale.

If I switched to a Talk Talk Business ISP, will that potentially bypass the congested BT Wholesale network or do Talk Talk use that also?

I can understand that fibre from cabinet to exchange would be the same route regardless of ISP but from Exchange onwards, do Talk Talk rely on any of the BT Wholesale network?

TT have their own backhaul, though a job to avoid BT 100%, they are usually involved along the way, though a switch may reduce the problems if not exchange related. Unbundling certainly helped my line, though i have noticed a difference between sellers of the same TTB product regarding latency.

Even if I dont ditch Zen via BTW I might take a second line in via a TTB ISP as a backup.
Any recommendations on ISP reselling TTB products based on your experience?

Not a lot of experience Lol - Pulse8 were the first ISP I have used for resold TTB. decent price and customer service and no contract tie-in even for FTTC. They worked hard to sort my troublesome line, never afraid to call out Openreach and never a mention of a charge. I have moved away just this week to save a little money and gain a few extra services - Other than much better latency for the same resold product, I have not been with them long enough to share an experience.

£50 / month including line rental for their unlimited data business package.
That might be worth a shot and appealing it doesnt have a 12 month+ contract so if its a disaster I could move it.

I'm pretty sure that TTB route most of their backhaul over Virgin Media....

Talktalk have their own ip based backhaul network, the largest in the country.
