TT call centre downgraded me to ADSL without my consent when the "offered a discount".
Only found out after the even and reconnected to fiber but my connection has gone from being rock solid to regularly losing synch some times between 10 - 20 times a day.
Several engineers been out - sparks and BT but still same problem.
I have noticed putting dial tone on phone does make reconnect faster.
Any advice welcomes
