Router

I have just signed up to "Faster Fibre Broadband" but saw no mention of provision of a router.

Do TT provide a router or do I need to get one myself?

If I need to get one myself, what is the best one to use?

Currently using a BT HH5 and am quite happy with that. Can I reconfigure that for TT?

Yes TT provide a free router.

I think you will either get the much maligned HG633 or if lucky the D-link 3782.

Not sure if the HH5 can be reconfigured to use on TT.

Go live date 17th March, unfortunately apparently their router requires a signature so that's not going to happen.

It doesn't work in my experience. Pop to the postie and sign for it whenever you can. You are right it needs to be signed for, can you get it delivered to work?

TT use a different connection setup. A TT router can be made to work on BT but not the other way around (in my experience anyway).
