She�s just moved into a new build apartment block and she�s gone with bt for phone/broadband but talktalk have been billing her for 2 months , she�s phoned them to tell them she�s not with them but talktalk won�t lusten and are now threatening her with legal action . How can a firm do this
She has never been with talktalk and does not want talktalk
