Help! Lost 32mb in speed in 2 days

Pulling my hair out here. Have the 80/20 package with TalkTalk and has been great since it's been installed. However in last 2 days connection has been restarting around 5/6am and the downstream sync speed has been dropping dramatically.

TalkTalk have said all is working well and sent me a replacement router but I'm pretty sure its something outside my house causing the issue.

The Openreach website says I can get 80/20 and the dam PCP box is outside my house!

Any ideas on how i can progress this????

If the resyncs are regular at 5/6am look at turning off hardware overnight to avoid this problem period or hunting down the radio interference source

The DLM system is trying to find a speed at which a bunch of resyncs can be avoided.

So have you bought anything new electrical, or heating timer changed or neighbours

Is there a clean dialling tone on the landline ?
