CallSafe

Has anyone on this forum managed to switch on CallSafe?
I have been trying for two days, via My Account, then via 1472 on phone, then via OnlineChat who told me it would be available in 10 to 15 minutes, then 3 hours later by phone who told me to wait 24 hours, now 24 hours later it still isn't available.
Does this service actually exist or is it a TalkTalk marketing con?

There seems to be a known problem, reported several times in the last few days, where "My Account" is mis-reporting the status of Callsafe. "My Account" stating the feature is "off" when in fact it is "on " and active.

Best (if not the only way) is to contact TalkTalk and get them to look at your individual status. The online community is usually best for getting correct answers, the TT forum staff are UK based.
