Has anyone on this forum managed to switch on CallSafe?
I have been trying for two days, via My Account, then via 1472 on phone, then via OnlineChat who told me it would be available in 10 to 15 minutes, then 3 hours later by phone who told me to wait 24 hours, now 24 hours later it still isn't available.
Does this service actually exist or is it a TalkTalk marketing con?
