Youview and £4 stealth charge

Thinking of joining talktalk but put off by the issues last year when people who had youview boxes of their own (i.e not talktalk ones) were being charged £4 to access talktalk TV.

Is this still happening to people signing up?

If you don't sign up to TalkTalk TV, you won't have to pay for it.

Don't let that put you off or all the negative stuff your read about them in forums like this happy customers rarely visit forums to post how good a service they are getting so you get a biased view, i have been a TT customer for more than 10 years and i am not going anywhere.

I am om the 80 Mbps capped package.
