I signed up to Plusnet about the end of June, change over date was the 14th July.
About 09:30 my phone/BB went off, II kept checking throughout the day, next morning still no phone/BB.
Phoned Plusnet, (15th) they said that talktalk had removed the STOP and that I would have to contact TT, spent the rest of the morning phoning TT, at lest 3 times when passed to another dept I was cut off.
I have been in contact with Plusnet and they are trying to resolve this but are limited because of the STOP.
Can anyone offer any help on how I can resole this.
I have been out of contract with TT for many years and payment is and always has been by DD.
