TTB - Billing & Option to "Download as PDF"

Seems to have disappeared on the current bill - or possibly a change from the start of the year? Dunno.
Anyone else seeing this - before I begin that torturous journey that is getting anything from TTB Support? 😅

Thanks.
Not sure I can be bothered to chase this though. The last billing issue took them four months to resolve. It was ridiculous.

Hi,
Just my 2 pence worth here but for the short term you could just print to a PDF printer as an alternative.

Yeah. Could do - but need the ‘official’ look invoice as generated by them which is effectively the same as a ‘proper’ paper bill (another long running saga with TTB), rather than simply a screen dump, just in PDF, if you see what I mean.

Hi,
Just had an idea that you could ask them to generate the PDF and email it to you. Is that doable I wonder??? Never had to deal with TTB. I use VM.

I see if they can fix it by the time my end of quarter accounts etc are due. If not then yes will ask them to issue it manually if they can.

Appears to be resolved now!!
Was just prompted to login again and check, based on a recent post to the other recent thread about TTB support tickets.
