I am sure that everyone will surely agree that 'temporarily' no longer applies!
On line chats with TalkTalk, messages to the CEO over the last 2+ years have got me nowhere. I am unable to find the email address for the 'new' CEO of TalkTalk who took over in August 2024 so I cannot contact him.
I have been with TalkTalk since its inception by Sir Charles Dunstone who in fairness, always personally made sure that my complaints were seen investigated and resolved. This is the first time I have experienced an issue reported to TalkkTalk which they somehow cannot resolve.
Over the last 2+ years, I have found it very frustrating not being able to use the MailBox functions. I can no longer create/delete any email address, some which I no longer use.
Can someone please investigate why this fault is not being investigated and resolved.
