Beware Talk Talk Business Charging

[link to this post]

Just been going through my Invoices (online) for TTB and they have charged me £38.60 for the last 3 months. Looking at the published price list for 2024/2025 for my package on a 24 month contract it should be £36.95. This is the second time they have over charged my account so I have sent an email asking for refund and price adjustment. I know it's not a lot but it's the principle.

Do the price list and the details of the contract you took up align? It is the contract which you agreed which is your baseline, not the published price list.

It was a phone conversation and TBH I don't think a price was mentioned as it was contract extension. They refunded last time to my account and adjusted the price but the adjustment is wrong according to the published price. Surely they must adhere to published price as it is a standard package with calls on top.
