Best exchange checker?

The most up to date exchange checker seems to be Zen's but the latest info for my exchange (Elgin) says it is on red and will be upgraded on 18-10-2006.

Is there a more up to date checker that I could use to see if this upgrade was done?

Samknows has no data and Plusnet tools come back with no info.
