Speedtesting

I am currently with Pipex and have switched from using a Speedtouch 330 ADSL to a D-Link 300T Ethernet/ASDSL PPOA Modem/Router.

The switch was made because I am now using XP Pro x64 as my OS.

I got extremely slow speed test results when I tried it out this evening.

Would there be any reason for this??

Update: I sorted it by a visit to http://www.speedtest.net/

It's a good site and got me a good result.:)
