What is your IP (Bras) profile?
Is it correct for your sync speed?
Have you waited the three days (plus a bit)?
In any case, ISPs can request BT reset stuck profiles, although I understand BT don't have an official way of logging this fault, so it has to be logged as a speed issue, with a mention of the stuck IP profile in the notes, and to hope that someone at BT notices and understands.
