Folks, I am very new to this and hoping someone can help me.
I have BT Broadband, and hadn't had any problems until last week when connection speed just died. I have run speedtester.bt.com and got the following results:
IP profile for your line is - 135 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 6272 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 123 kbps
What is the difference betwen my IP profile and the DSL connection rate, and what can I do to speed it up?
Cheers
