LOS (Lost of signal)errors

I have been having slow speed problems for a while but since Monday night my speed has be fairly constant at just under 0.9Mps but my router now states LOS errors is 13:-

Its the LOS errors is this normal?

I have disconnected my internal wiring and my router is next to my master socket, any ideas
