bt_test_user@startupdomain speedtest@startupdomain

cannot access speedtester.bt.com using these user log ons, was hoping to do this to rule out isp or bt fault, wonder if anyone else can access www.speedtester.bt.com using the bt_test_user@startupdomain or speedtest@startupdomain

speedtester.bt.com is the newer tester.

You enter your telephone number into the first page and press go.
After a while the second page comes up and asks for your user ID
That is something like...
*******@adsl.virgin.net (the same as you use to connect to the internet. Press Go.
Then the page telling you your IP Profile comes up,
Then the results page.

Sometimes it will redirect you to the old tester that doesn't show the IP Profile.

Sometimes it brings up an error page, even though you have entered the correct info.

It's been busy today and I can't get in either.

Try it early in the morning, evening are usually a waste of time,
