ADSL and card machine

Hi guys,

I have 1 filter on the only socket for a line, i then have the broadband connect to it and also a fax and credit card machine.

I'm now experiencing problems with the card machine when it polls at night. It can do 'live' card transactions through the day ok but just won't do the polling at night.

Any ideas what may be up?

the polling is incoming rather than outgoing ? Try ADSLnation's XF-1e filter as your best shot, they have a help forum too.

I believe its the filter, as a test does it work ok without a filter in place and the broadband unplugged.
