I was thinking about putting that, no that doesn't happen when downloading from a site, also the port is forwarded correctly through utorrent., it is successful when it tests for it.

It doesn't look like the typical problem with line headroom, so I'd guess something like a Quality of Service system on the router that is dropping torrent traffic when some background app is either phoning home or even just a local network thing like media player. Anything like that on your router?
