Bt Business Hub connection problems ?

[link to this post]

I have a BT Business Hub for Broadband access.

I am having an issue at the moment where I cannot access any websites from my PC. I can log into the router and check the router/connection status.

The ADSL and internet status show as "connected" and the LED's on the router also indiate this.

The PC is connected through the business hub through another router, so in a bid to isolate the issue, I tried to connect to the business hub with my MacBook via wireless... I can connect the the WIFI network and check the router status etc, but still cannot access any webites ?

I remember a few years ago having a problem connecting to itunes store, where I needed to change the MTU setting on the Router ?

PC is running XP, wired connection.

Is it possible that the router firewall is locked down preventing this ?

Any help would be appreciated !

turn the hub off for 20 minutes and try again. It may be a "stuck session" if the hub has a WAN IP address. If it hasn't, it's a different problem.
