Recommended Filter

Hello All,

Can anyone recommend a filter that fits straight to the master socket, ie, replaces the current single face plate that sits on the master socket with a dual face plate, to include DSL and Phone.

Much appreciated as always

Hi

I would recommend the BT faceplate, the build quality is streets ahead of anything else and it complies to all the necessary standards.

The ADSLNation will do the same job however it isn't built as well internally and uses an exotic design that is overkill for what is required. It has a bit of a cult following so what I say will not be popular, however BT as a company have some faults but they aren't stupid and their faceplate is tried and tested.

If you want to check if a faceplate will improve anything before parting with your cash you connect your router to the master socket and compare the sync speed to what you get with any current setup. If there is little or no difference a faceplate will not improve anything, but may still be a tidier solution.
