The mistake you have made is that you are speaking of throughput speeds. The OP is showing the actual sync rate.

HOW is that a mistake, I was getting about 2000-2400 sync rate previously (anywhere from 1.8-2mb through put), it stil helps with the direct comparison with the op's line, if all you can do to contribute is question others posts, I find that pointless and a waste of time.

By the way, I fix broadband lines for a living, and feel this qualifies me to at least offer an informed opinion.
