Anyone else getting strange pingtest/speedtest results?

[link to this post]

borked test result
anyone get this from the pingtest?
The tests i perform are usually ok , but it will repeat this strange result on all servers, also it starts off reading ok normal values then suddenly goes mental??
normal result
so it seems an intermittent problem with the site perhaps,

In reply to a post by Sandgrounder:

it could be related to the red (packet loss) this comes and goes, i do know there is a line fault, and as it has been raining there is no audible noise on the line, The throughput download was also affected in that i was getting slightly less than normal, when downloading a test file from 1000MB test file
which always gives the max speed,(TBB test files don't max the connection out)and when i used http://www.speedtest.net/the data stream would stop part way through the test then start again resulting in a lower result that it should of been, but now is /appears to be back to normal bbqm
