Super slow download/upload speed, Very high ping...

Hi, with BT broadband, have their hub 2.0. Here are some results from tests on my cmd. Some times its fine then for no reason that i can tell will jump up to 1000+ ping, Today it has been jumping too high too frequently, I am 3km from the exchange. With ping like this it is impossible to play any online games and browsing just takes too long

And as you can see a rather [censored] download rate...

I'd forget the pings for the time being and find out why your downloads are so poor.

Could you post your line stats (upstream/downstream attenuations, sync rates, SNR margins). See http://kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php or http://www.dslzoneuk.net/adsl_line_stats.php for help.

Get your stats from the test socket within the BT master socket (if you have a modernish one). See http://www.dslzoneuk.net/socket.php?type=html bubble 3.

OK I'll do that now, the hub is connected to the master socket and i forgot to add that the hub will just randomly disconnect from broadband for no reason

Ok you will have to bear with me here im am no broadband wizz and have noidea what most of those things you just said mean and how to find them out

I notice you did the speedtest during the Murray Wimbledon match, is it still the same in off peak hours?

Ye its all still just as bad... 0.07 mbps now, i have phoned BT and some exchange technician is supposedly going to do something within 48 working hours... also my IPv6 will loose connectivity and be either local only or no internet access.
