HELP! Unfixed Freq Discon every 1,2,5 min for 1.5 month due DSL Modem critical errors: ADSL/PPP down

GUYS - I need someone to see the DSL logs and guide me as to what the technical problem really exists.
This is an ISP in India that has [censored] ADSL Tech Support who have been unable to diagnose the problem. They keep restarting & resetting but no real solutions so far.

DSL modem Disconnects like Dialup every 1,2,5 minutes with Detailed Modem System Logs & Critical Errors.
So I opened up a small window / tab to constantly see the modem status info (wireless so a bit away).

I keep getting -
ADSL Link Issue
PPP Down
PPP Authentication
ACS Timeout
Sometimes everythings there with WAN IP and still pages dont open.

Check out this modem log in Excel File: Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites! and please advise how to fix this.. Emailed and Online complaints for 1.5 months now.

Rate (Kbps):
1020*
260*

These figures suggest you may be on a fixed speed 1Mbps package...is that correct?

Your attenuation is fairly low, and the attainable speeds suggest the line can run a lot faster, so to get disconnects is unusual. This points to a problem, very often with the phone wiring in the property. If you unplug all your telephones and all the telephone extensions that you can does the stability improve.

We presume you are using ADSL microfilters everywhere?

Another thing to try is if wiring is totally eliminated is a different ADSL modem (different model) some devices cope better with certain exchange based hardware, and the variations in noise that can be present on a telephone line.

1Mb - Down
256k - Up

I thought the SNR I have was really bad as per the numbers outlined by some guys on local forums. (I could post those specs if possible).

There was a time the line was running 2Mb very nicely (ISP complimentary- Since they did not set the modem for 1020).

In fact upto 1/2 months back it was working perfectly at times with 2M and at times with 1M. But I did not have these disconnect issues.

The incoming line is connected to a DSL filter before it is connected to the Phone EPABX system of my place.

It was working well before, but there could've been ground / digging work so I am thinking change in Line dynamics.. - Line issue??

or DSL Modem / Firmware issue?

Queston:
Is there any way to test the line by myself and see if it is satisfactory (since some thing has changed)...
- Upto the incoming Line
- After the DSL Filter

I'll request a Modem change as well I guess?

PS: Could you please look at the Excel File I uploaded? I could make it more view friendly to go through with color coding?

Have you tried with the phone pbx disconnected, in case its something to do with that.

The low snr would probably be down to the modem not needed to use much power to connect at 1Meg, i.e. it has backed the power levels off, if there is noise it should increase power to compensate first, but if a sharp noise spike it may not be able to do this quickly enough.

The only testing is using an ADSL modem on line, short of purchasing an expensive DSL tester, which the teleco engineers should carry.

Some modems simply do not work well on some lines, so getting a replacement that is the same model may not help at all.
