Billion 7402NX Firmware Issues

I have a Billion 7402NX that was running firmware version 5.53.s6.b1. I upgraded to 6.02b and all seemed to be good. Unfortunately started to notice very odd characteristics when using VPN connections to work. When connecting to my work VPN (ISA 2006) the connection would be made and after approximately 20 seconds the client would disconnect. Not sure what changes have been made to the firmware but once I reverted back to the original version all started to work fine. Are there any setting in the 6.02b version that I need to change to correct this feature !!

6.02 seems a bit less stable in some respects, there is a 6.03 version tho. UK_Billion_7402NX_6.03.rc2.afw

I am interested to know what testing gets done on these firmware releases. 6.02 and 6.03 have the same characteristics. Dial a VPN outbound and watch the connection drop after about 30 seconds. Look at the firewall logs and it start blocking return traffic. Not sure if its the Firewall or NAT itself but neither version works. Downgrade back to v5.5 and all starts working fine !!!!
