Not easy to configure, the web setup is not that good as it's aimed at business users and configured via CLI. Software updates are not free, you need to pay to have access to Cisco support.
They did have issues with ADSL 2+ and BT MSAN's, unsure if that has been resolved.

Stick with your Home hub IMHO.
