Broadband Quality Monitor issues

I have been trying to access my monitor all weekend, but am being met with:

OK

None of the range-specifier values in the Range request-header field overlap the current extent of the selected resource.


What is the problem please as I am accessing from this url: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/monitors.html. If I go to create a new monitor, I can't as the ip address is being monitored.
