No internet

I joined C&W on the 9th after being with Enta for a long time.
I lost my connection then it came back up after the switch. since then i have had no internet.
I can connect for about ten mins then it drops and my downstream snr hits 0
If i reboot the router i can then connect for another 10 mins before it drops again. have tried everything from test socket to 5 different routers and only the 2 wire will hold the connection for 10 mins. the rest dont connect at all.
I can see the sync but it just wont hold the connection the the ISP
anyone have any ideas

Have you raised this to the ISP concerned?

Given that ONLY the 2wire will hold connection, I would raise a fault. There's something wrong. Prob be sorted in a few days if you raise a fault now.

As long as you have connected the router(s) to the Test socket and the sync connection is being broken then it's time to raise a fault with your ISP.

However before doing that if you connect a corded phone to the test socket and dial 17070 take option 2 for the "quiet line test" then listen ........ if you hear noise during the test then phone BT faults and report a noise fault to them, do not mention your Broadband issues to them at all.

Raised the fault on day one but its now saturday and still no internet.was just looking for some info if anyone had this issue before


I had a similar experience like this last year when i had a lift and shift done on s friday then some one at BT did it a can and killed my internet

Just feel like everytime BT get a hold of my line they mess it up
