Up time of 47 seconds and over 1,600 error seconds? Also, note the downstream output power.

I had Openreach on this for three months a few months ago to no avail. I wonder if this information gives anyone an insight as to what's going wrong because whatever it is seems to be getting worse.

What actual problem is this causing you, dropped sync, speed issues ?

Why do you think there is an error in the Downstream output power?

The stats are after a resync - what happens if you turn off everything, then power up the modem and exactly 60 seconds later connect the input from the phone line?

What are the stats if you do not connect the line to the modem?

It drops sync quite a lot. I'm satisfied the router is OK, I've got 3 others here and I get the same effect. I'm leaning towards REIN of some description but there isn't anything that can be done presumably.

I'm not saying downstream power is a fault Per Se, because I don't know for sure. Just pointing it out so it isn't missed.

Yes, REIN can show itself as high errors. But then with the 6ish db snr it looks like DLM has not seen an issue. The sync looks about right for the attenuation. You have tried this in the test socket, haven't you.

Openreach attend a fair few REIN faults each week. They hard bit for you, is persuading your ISP that there is something wrong, then if they send an engineer, persuading them that it's REIN, then hoping that the REIN engineer can actually find the source, and get the sources owners to deal with it.
