sky router

hi, does anyone know if i can use another router other than the sky one theirs is just .... pants!!

You can, you need to extract your username and password from the router first.

If your line is using PPPoA mode then the vast majority of third party routers should work. Remember that Sky do not support or want you using your own router, so if the line develops a fault ALWAYS double check with the original router.
