ATP Command line login Problem

Hello i have Problem to login with ATP Interface , i test all Default username and password for login but not success , can help me how can i recovery or reset username and password for ATP login ?

When i telnet to my modem Device i saw ATP Interface for login on it , i test all default username and password but not work .

its Huawei Wimax Modem , after i search i found jTag is it possible way for do it or i have other ways too ?
