Draytek 2710n - login not avalable after firmware upgrade

Hi all, newbie here

I've just upgraded the firmware on a Draytek Vigor 2710n router, from v3.3.6.1 to v3.6.3. Now I am unable to login as admin or user with any username/password combination, including blanks. User login gives the helpful message 'User Mode is off now.'

I think that I need to revert to the original firmware version, but how do I go about doing that if I can't login?

The router is cable linked to two pc's and a printer, and seems to be working okay, but I need to add some laptop MAC addresses to allow them wifi access too.

Reset button on the router.
