How to get my own BT Cabinet?

Does anybody know how to get BT to install a Cabinet where you need one?

I'm building a new site and need various connections:
10mb flex on 100mb bearer over fibre (I assume this will always have to come straight from the exchange not cab)
5x adsl lines
3x ISDN2e voice for PABX

We currently have a DSL on site but we get the following:
Line attenuation: 63.5dB
Noise margin: 7.7bB

Current speed: 192kbps down / 512kbps up

3G and 4G reception is poor, Satellite only allows 1 public IP per connection a latency is too slow for citrix.
Can you pay BT to install your own cabinet?
Any suggestions?

If you are looking at leased line solutions, why the ADSL?

Just get 100/100 or 100/1000 leased line and use voip instead of ISDN and use QOS if you want to restrict some users to lesser bandwidths.

If you're worried about resilience, I believe you can get a second leased line installed through a different route to the building that will automatically take over in the case of a failure of the primary line.

This would be more achievable and probably cheaper than asking for a new cabinet.

Openreach have a "new sites" department if you're talking about a housing development.

Have you considered a single fibre connection and providing the other services over that ?

Openreach have also done FTTC cabinets for money, but you don't say if the phone line connects via a cab or how far away it is.

Local Exchange is about 7km
Local Cab is about 800m away
BT say the copper cable length on DSL is 7km

We used BT Newsites to connect up the copper and fibre we have already with £11k ECC

We have a leased line for our corp network, which should have had a DSL backup.. but the backup speeds are not fit for purpose.

The 5 DSL lines I wanted were for 3rd party bits of plant kit that need their own connection in for support etc. We don't want them on our corp network. Hence separate lines.

I'm looking at cost of a new lease line and subnetting it ot to the 5 plant bits of kit, just looking for all my options.

You could modify your leased line order and change the Cisco at the end, with multiple LAN pots then you can say what bandwidth you want to each ports and that keeps the traffic off the corp LAN.
We have now done this for 2 different customers and has worked quite nicely.
