Sky hub on fibre - is it a vsdl modem also

HI guys,
I used to be with O2 but now as you know they've been taken over by Sky. Because my dad and sister do alot of video on demand, I've upgraded to fibre. My sky hub has arrived and just found I've been charged £69 quid for it. This new sky hub is it also the VDSL modem I need for fibre? It's just I was under the impression openreach will fit one for me. That's what happened to be brother in law.

The SR-102 includes a VDSL modem.

The hub is described as free to new customers, but they do charge for existing customers upgrading it appears.
