Static IP needed for CCTV

Mods, if this is in the wrong area, then please move accordingly

I have had a CCTV set up installed at home and would like to view the cameras via a mobile phone, but to do this I need a static IP address. My current ISP, EE do not offer this and was hoping someone might be able to let me know if there is a work round for this.
I could change to a different ISP but I've over a year left on my contact so i'd need to let my current contact run until its closer to the end date before I could think about changing providers.

A lot depends on the CCTV system, some IP web cameras actually support dynDNS and offer remote viewing even if on a dynamic IP address.

So question really is what make/model of IP camera has been installed.

http://www.viewnetcam.com/ip_ddns/ is what Panasonic do for their IP cameras.

I know they are IP cameras, but will have to check to see what model/make they are
