Problem with BT Homehub4

This has been happening everytime i download a game update in the gigabyte size, it always drops the connection and connects again, I have called BT and they had a look at the line and it was ok.

When i switched over top the HH3 i have had no problem at all , am at a loss why its happening

The HH4 may be overheating

not it can't be , its not hot to the touch and its not covered up in anyway,

Well, if the line is ok and the HH3 was ok, it must be the HH4. Overheating is the most likely explanation as far as I can see.
